Partners Matt and Tom grew up in different parts of India, Matt in the North and Tom in the South. Their goal is to offer you a fusion of North Indian and South Indian Cuisines with a special focus of Kerala and Chettinad cooking. Matt finished his Restaurant Management Training at the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Nagpur, India. He did his training at Taj Malabar Kochi and has managed Indian restaurants in three countries. Tom completed his restaurant management program at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Management.
Growing up in India, they enjoyed foods prepared by their mothers and grandmothers where the ingredients were picked fresh from the garden and fields outside the kitchen. Their goal is to bring you the same style of Indian Home Cooking with the best of ingredients!
